I have shows that have +100 episodes, and for some reason, episode 101 is showing up as S01E01. Are there anyways to fix this? ---

There are very few shows with that mant episodes in a season but yeah they do exist so some examples would be good. ---

Something I know little about. I may be wrong but I still think they need to be named according to the TVDB.
