# wrong movie

did you click on the movie you wanted, and still plays wrong one? I have had before were it was miss tagged, were the picture and info was for one movie but was linked with another move all together. I would check the movie that does play instead of the one you want if its listed twice or not. Most likely its a tagging issue.

Tried that and didn’t change. It’s like everything is out of sync. Maybe I will try removing the file from plex and then reconnecting it.??

Call up the [Plex XML info](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201998867-Investigate-Media-Information-and-Formats "Plex XML info") of the movie and post it here.
