# Xbox one app cannot open

Server Version#:1.20.0.3181  
Player Version#:2.57.0.70 (Xbox-one)

Since last update the app cannot even open. I’ve unistalled, reset, removed saved data and fresh installed without any luck. There is no option on Xbox store to revert to previous version.

As far as I can tell everything is up to date as well as my server. The app simply does not load.

Hi there. When you say the app doesn’t load do you mean it’s just stuck on the startup logo? Could you DM your IP address and I can see if I can find a startup error on our error reporting service.

Hi Moussa, thanks for reply. I’ve managed to get it working. Needed to factory reset the Xbox. It’s quite possible something on Microsoft’s side was interfering. By the time I did the reset, a few other media apps had stopped functioning too. All working properly now.
