# Xbox One App Not playing Trailers

So With the new Updates to the Xbox One, it started doing some weird things with the trailers. First It started playing trailers for old movies I didn’t have. At that time, I had my settings set to play trailers from movies in my library and new and upcoming movies in theaters. So, I disabled the new and upcoming movies in theaters. Now it won’t play any trailers and won’t play the pre-roll. Even if I set the settings to play just the pre-roll.

I checked the trailers from my Android app and they play just fine from there. It’s only on the Xbox one app.

I thought I may have been still using the preview version. So, I tried to opt out and I couldn’t find it in settings. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I am still getting the same issue.

FYI, I have all the online data sources disabled in my library and it still shows the plex label when I got to more. The older movies trailers it was playing before seemed to be from movies in the Plex Online data source.

Server Version#: 1.20.3.3483  
Player Version#: (Client Version: 5.3.1, Platform Version: 10.0.19041.4981)

Update: I discovered I was using the Xbox One Early Access. When I turned that off, then it started playing the Movie Trailers Correctly.
