# Xbox One app stuck in update loop

Server Version#: 1.24.2.4973  
Player Version#: 5.23.1

For the last few days, every time I start the Plex app on my Xbox I get one of these notifications:

“Getting your app ready” or asking to “Update the app”

I am eventually able to get into the app. But I always get these notifications.

Same issues here, Xbox is unstable too and crashing a lot

I’m in the Alpha Skip ahead preview and always says “Getting your app ready" and then says its cant start

I cant ever get it started

Started a week or so ago for me
