Well, I had kind of issue in the past [plex not using all available network bandwidth](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-not-using-all-available-network-bandwidth/229538/12), but I don’t know why the solution hasn’t been posted on the forum yet…

As far as I remember switching the Plex servers from XPLAY (pre oct 8 update) did the trick. I have two Plex instances at home, one for testing and the other one for “production”. After I connected to the test instance PMS/XPLAY started to use full network bandwidth again. I really don’t know if it was a PMS or XPLAY issue.
