Web Shows have a cool concept but in the end, you will never gonna be able to add all youtube channels people follow and want to see in Plex, as all in one media solution. Would be great if people can add youtube channels they want themselves. Web Shows are based on license agreements so focusing on making general agreement with Youtube/Google and allowing people to configure channels themselves would be more versatile solution, if such agreement is even needed since each user can sign in with his personal google/youtube account.

That being said… considering Plex has just removed plugins, it’s unlikely you will see such an integration anytime soon.
