Friend in a remote location was having buffering issues with streaming items to her ipad, so she attempted to switch to Sync so that the media would be present locally and buffering wouldn’t be an issue. Her ipad gets stuck at 50% - Waiting.
I can see the Conversion operation complete on the web ui Status screen, but I lose visibility after that. (Side issue: As the admin, why can’t I see what Friend devices have synced?)
There aren’t any errors that really stand out in the logs, just warnings that don’t make a lot of sense and aren’t user friendly.

I confirmed that the user in question is authorized to sync, yet this repeats several times for 3 different sync items.

What does this even mean?
I thought the issue might be related to 1.10.1.4602, so I rolled back to 1.10.1.4561 and still have the issue.
Anyone else run into this and have ideas? Is there additional logging that can provide a clue? I don’t see a sync specific log in the \Logs folder.
