Sync items bouncing between 50% and completed

I’m having a hell of a time with sync on my Android Tablet(Samsung Tab S7+). Half the items I’m trying to sync simply refuse. I get the generic “Error with this item”, despite the item streaming without issue. Moving past this, my bigger issue is that items seem to be bouncing back and forth between 50% and completed. I will enter the Downloads & Sync menu, see an item at the bottom in the “Synced” section suddenly change to 50% while I’m staring at it. It’s just a single movie. Nothing has changed in the file.
