Not sure if time is incorrect or just won’t move shows to correct folder

I have noticed lately that a lot of my recordings are not showing up. Tonight I noticed several still show recording. It shows 100% but not in library. Also I noticed it hasn’t started a recording at 9:00 even though it’s 10:00

What’s the time on your Plex server? Is it correct? Correct time zone?

It is correct time and zone. It was just a guess about time messed up, the real issue is it still shows recording several shows but not in library
