In first post, see error message from server log files. The ERROR - SQLITE3 message will appear in Plex Media Server.log and rollovers, .1.log to .5.log.

The fix is out in the beta release, hopefully roll out to public tomorrow.

Ty for explaining that to me. I checked the logs you mentioned and that does not appear anywhere in the logs of either of my two managed servers thankfully. Looks like I dodged this bullet myself.
PMS Version 1.43.1.10576 running on windows 10 w/ ESU and windows 11 for anyone who’s curious about my two platforms for my two servers.
