Crashing Every Ten Minutes or So...Something Very Strange

The Plex LG client version is available in your list of Authorized Devices.

The log info you included is for Plex Web. The server log files are needed.

  1. Current version of Plex LG app is 5.46.1 (release notes).
    Update if you are not at the current version.

  2. Configure server for debug, not verbose, logging (default).
    Settings → Server_Name → General + Show Advanced.

  3. Restart Plex Media Server, wait 2 - 3 minutes for the server to fully start.

  4. Configure the TV to log to the server at the debug level.
    This times out after eight hours.

  5. Re-create the problem.

  6. When the problem re-occurs, pull the server log files and upload to the thread.
