Help requested - Plex Media Player suddenly started playing media at 1.5x speed with no sound

Hello - Running a Plex Media Server through a Qnap NAS. Applied the plex media sever update this afternoon, and suddenly Plex Media Player running through my NAS is playing all the movies and tv shows at 1.5x normal speeds with no audio. This is even happening with shows that I have played previously from the Plex server on the NAS with no issues.

However, if I stream the same show from the plex media server to my pc, it plays normally.

Server logs attached.

Would appreciate any help.
