I like the new-ish collections feature. But I would like to report a bug. Collections with only a single movie inside are shown in the interface. Collections with single movies inside them should be hidden and replaced with a direct link to that movie. When a new movie is added that is part of that collection, then the collection should appear and the individual movies are hidden.
I can’t imagine anybody sees what is currently happening as the desired behaviour, but if so then a toggle could be added.
You can already manually do this by configuring the collection‘s advanced settings. Basically this allows to override the library settings for individual collections.
If I remember correctly, there’s also a feature suggestion in the respective subforum from the early days of inline-collections to allow a minimum threshold for collections to actually show.
True, you can manually fix this. But this is not a good solution as one of the main reasons I use Plex is that it takes care ofthe organising of my library for me so I do not have to manually do anything. Also if I manually change a collection I would deffinitely forget to change it back when I add a future movie.
Having a minimum threshold amount of movies needed before creating a collection would be a great solution.
