Thanks for the final 1.6 init ChuckPa. Tested with 1.19.1.2621 beta and runs like a champ for my Slackware setup (non-container). Take care and see you around the forums!

To make life easier for everyone, but mostly to preserve what’s left of my sanity :slight_smile:

/usr/lib/plexmediaserver/lib contains:

  1. plexmediaserver.init - The init script for /etc/init.d/plexmediaserver
  2. plexmediaserver.default - The base /etc/default/plexmediaserver
  3. plexmediaserver.serivce - The service file for /lib/systemd/system/plexmediaserver.service

If everyone links to these when the PMS config is non-standard then, as I make changes for PMS, everyone’s system will automatically keep up to date & in sync with my work.
