LiveTV Football viewing is terrible

I got HW transcoding working by disabling the Plex service and doing this. It was no help to the PQ

PMS as a service

I wanted to see if HW decode helped with LiveTV quality while watching football (see other thread I started, it doesn’t). That meant I had to stop running PMS as a service since PLEX introduced a bug back around May that causes PMS to crash if HW acceleration is enabled and it’s running as a service. Can you get someone to answer all the Q’s above about MPEG2 possibilities with the PLEX client and the ROKU devices? There seems to be confusion and some suggest that the ROKU Ultra can support an MPEG2 stream but PLEX isn’t enabling that capability.
