Monitoring download status/info on serverside

There’s an existing suggestion focusing on reflecting active downloads (or download preparation) on the server dashboard. Though your suggestion seems wider as it also aims at keeping track of what has been downloaded (not only what’s downloading).

I would like to be able to see when users are downloading content from my server. My suggestion would be to put this in the Now Playing section alongside streaming content. Currently, when a user is downloading, you may see nothing under “Now Playing” but then see high levels of remote bandwidth. This just leads you to the question of what is going on. Additionally, there’s very little in the logs to indicate that syncing is responsible for the remote bandwidth. There should be more notes in t…
