Did you list the users first to see that the script is seeing all of them? If you see the other users, you should be able to copy the status to them.

OK Figured out my issue, I edited the config file and aimed it at my database location but not it’s only bringing up 2 users not the 6 I have. Funnily enough the second account is a friends server that connects to mine, but it doesn’t show the other local managed accounts.
OK I’ll be that guy that comes back and explains where he went wrong. Because I had never signed into the new account I guess the list wouldn’t list it for the transfer. Once I signed in to the new account it listed it. Now my next question is, is there a way to run this every night? As I have an Entertainment room that I normally watch TV (Which doesn’t have adult content on) and sometimes me and the wife like to watch shows in our bedroom (Which is the new profile that contains adult content) but I want the watch status to appear on both accounts so we don’t double up, is this possible?
The script was designed as a 1 time action. If you are trying to keep 2 accounts synced this is not meant for that.
Edit - if you can handle a little sql, you can use the commands from this thread to sync up the watched status similar to what you want. https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/798666/#Comment_798666
Yeah not to confident in that, but there is no harm in running this once a week is there?
No real harm but keep in mind that the function will erase all of the watched status for the user first, so if you watch using that user independently sometimes, those watched status will get removed. It is a pure copy right now. If you are ok with that, you can run this as often as you need.
I am working to add that feature I mentioned above to the tool so you do not need to know SQL yourself. I’m also adding in an update watched status feature which will only add the watched status for previously unwatched items and leave any existing status alone. Either of these changes should get you what you want.
Has there been a change in the PMS database (or something) with all the recent updates that stops your Playlist import working correctly?
I recently choose to rebuild my PMS and of course lost the database, with the playlists.
Now when I import a playlist using your script I get “Failed to load items for this playlist.” when I display the Playlist in Plex Web. PHT cant open the list at all and eventually times out with a “Failed to open” error in red.

None that I know of. I just used it the other day and it is still working for me. If you pm me your database and the m3u file, I can try to reproduce the problem.
I’ve been able to reproduce the problem with your info. Not sure what is causing it.

So it’s just about the database then, and nothing to do with the actual media files.
I wasn’t sure if there were ‘illegal’ characters in the m3u.

You probably missed the second part of this step.
Find the correct version of Mosrtscript.exe and copy it into the same folder. Then right click on it and run as administrator.
I did that (I thought) but I repeated this step and now it works. Many thanks.

ok, now the playlists I import from itunes and m3u are blank. Running win 10. music on separate drive to c drive.
Do your playlist list the songs exactly as they are in plex? That is a current limitation of the script. It is not smart enough to just look at song titles.
