Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

Not that long.

OK, very small issue now, detail really lol; in PushOver settings, setting a specific sound doesn't work on mobile, it still uses the default sound...

I have a quick question.  Is it possible to group all of the recently added notifications into 1 email instead of numerous emails for each file?  I was never able to get the VBS script to work just right, but I used Windows Task Scheduler to run the same commands and it works fine.  I just have a ton of emails every time it runs.  Is this because I am not using the VBS script?  The VBS Script is untouched from the same download everyone is using in this thread.  Thanks for any help.

And seeing as sfnetwork is kinda asking about Pushalot on my behalf i thought I had better take time out to thank ljunkie for his work.  :)

Its gotta be said us WP users are a bit limited for push notification apps so having this on Pushalot will hopefully help a few others transition over from PlexNotify. ;)

There is no option to group them. For recently added notifications, you may want to look into Plex Email https://forums.plex.tv/topic/151619-plexemail-in-development/. 

The vbs script doesn't do anything differently. The only purpose of it is to squash the cmd prompt popup every time it runs.

The api shows the sound being lowercase, so no idea if that has anything to do with it. I haven't played with this for quite some time, but the mobile devices should have their own settings for sound, so maybe the intermission setting is overriding the mobile setting. Can you try setting "'sound' => ''," and see if that fixes the mobile sound?

Would love a Windows recompile for the PushBullet v2 API changes. Everything else is working great.

Also, I can't help but thinking there is a more efficient method than running plexWatchRecentlyAdded.vbs every 5 minutes (as recommended here) in order to capture recently added notifications quickly. There has to be some trigger that can be monitored so that it runs only when needed.
