Dead in the Water after Version 1.23.6.4810 Update - Database Locked

Server Version#: 1.23.6.4810 Player Version#: I am unable to keep PMS running for anything more than a few minutes after upgrading to 1.23.6.4810. I tried reverting to the latest stable version and that has NOT remedied the issue. Would appreciate any assistance I can get.
