This is great, and exactly what I was looking for.
I’m having a problem getting plpp to play well with the letsencrypt docker. Any special steps for getting it to play nicely with a separate nginx and domain?

Yes, PLPP is still working with the latest PMS and I am still using it myself for presenting the libraries to my friends and relatives.
I don’t actually know whether the PMS internal web server meets the requirements for PLPP regarding PHP and the required PHP extensions. And I even don’t know if you can use the PMS internal web server for this at all.
Therefore I would suggest to use a standalone web server or the docker container.

If you are using the docker container I can’t help you and you may have to ask christronyxyocum who has provided the container.
PLPP itself is a simple PHP programm which should play well on any webserver with or without SSL encryption enabled.
Regards!
