Hi All,
being somewhat frustrated … (many hours of searching and trying to find the problem…) I write this reply.
As already mentioned before the SendKey behavior has changed. I am trying to find out since when but I noticed that XBMC hasn’t got this problem. Now I am trying to stay at Plex but this misfunctioning of Plex is critical for me as integrator in A/V environments. Is there no way you can include the same sources for the http api interface and therefor also the behavior of Sendkey??? Even virtual keys work in XBMC !!
Please please please dev group can you do this in the first upcoming release (hopefully soon
I would really appreciate a reaction from the dev-team and hopefully with the answer I am waiting for.
Awaiting your reaction with best regards
I've pulled the code from [http://xbmc.org/trac/ticket/6092](http://xbmc.org/trac/ticket/6092) for the next version.
Hopefully this will help you.
As noted before, provide me with:
- The version number where it stopped working
- Steps to reproduce the issue work/not working
and I’ll look into it for you. Until I get this info I can be of no help.
You are fully right,
I just have to do this on a running system .. meaning my kids won't like it ;) ...
Will come back asap. Will also test the latest release
Thanks Elan!!
I will test asap if the Sendkey issue is solved !
Rgds,
JayTee
