There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to control the skip intro feature while casting/flinging media. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.

There’s currently a forum preview of PMS that allows your server to detect outros/credits in movies and shows. Keep in mind this is only an experimental feature (pre-alpha) and not necessarily targeted for productive environments. Also… credits detection will actually analyze the video while intro detection is based on audio processing – so the credit detection will take significantly more time (and CPU power).
