Ok. so now I am able to to hear videos, but not see them once I put the siteconfig file in the correct directory. Any hints out there for audio but not video plugin problem?
Weird, I just pasted your site config. code over the existing site config. file, and it works for me...
I've had the same problem before though, here's what I was told:

it is calling the NBC plugin and the siteconfig inside my plugin. But I am still getting audio only. I also cannot find a test stream to load inside of plex. I have one on my desktop, but when I navigate Videos->Desktop there is no .strm file there.
My bad. It is calling the wrong plugin, and I don’t know how to fix it. it is calling the app store version and not mine.
I would say to just delete the "app store" one (or move it to the Desktop). you can always put it back later, if need be.
FYI- after I edited mine, it doesn't appear to be auto-updating and reverting to the original.
I am using the beta version of Flash. Is that part of my problem? Also, how do you load a styream if they don’t show up in Video->Folder? Do I need to tell Plex that streams are in there?
Yes, the Flash beta has known incompatibilities with Plex and is unsupported at this time.

So why make an NBC plugin when you have hulu? Because of the upcoming fee for Hulu, because of the upcoming merger with Comcast, who may very well cripple Hulu. Now you have access to every full episode on NBC’s own website.
