Obviously somebody made an attempt to acquire login to several plex servers and obviously he was successful in some events. No coincidence, just a “normal” attack. Maybe your password leaked somewhere else. Check https://haveibeenpwned.com/ for more information on that.
Very interesting website, I wasn’t listed there under the Plex breach of July 2015, but my dad was.
