It is on the list to be done at some point. In the meantime many users, including myself, have been using cjmurph’s PMS As Service wrapper solution offered here

I had the same exact issue after the update and was not too happy :neutral: I tried some of the posted solutions and got it fixed after I attempted to repair the database support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database
