Video preview thumbnail generation leaves behind temp BIF files

I conqur that it’s unlikely to be caused by AV software. Even when I disable my AV, it still happens.

I deleted all the .bif.tmp files back in Feb, and now It’s August, I have 14,624 bif.tmp files totalling 204 GB.
