The issue @mm98 reports is still active, so if that is also happening to you - I have no news of this.
If not. I would start with double-checking that you have an actual Premium library, the Plex pass as such has nothing to do with it at all. I have a Plex pass and can chose to create either. And if you created a basic before upgrading to Plex pass, it was not upgraded automatically to a Premium. You’d have to start over and create a new Premium library.
edit: I got a response from the dev’s stating that they are aware of the issue @mm98 reports re Plex Mix, but that there is currently no easy fix for it. They are hopeful that it will be fixed in the future but no ETA to give.
