HDHomeRun promo code for new Plex Pass subscribers / Plexivus email

Hi all,

In the Plexivus email this morning, a promo was offered for Plex Pass users to purchase an HDHomeRun tuner at a $39 discount. I, and likely many others, thought this would be a good time to get on board with Plex DVR.

However, after buying a lifetime Plex Pass, there is no mechanism to get the promo code that was apparently only sent to existing Plex Pass holders – for those of us who didn’t already have a Plex Pass, the email did not contain a promo code, just a link to buy the Plex Pass.

I’m just trying to get someone who works at Plex to chime in and get promo codes to those who, like me, bought a lifetime pass and wanted to get the discount for the HDHomeRun with it.

Also, this was asked in the public forum, but I’m posting it here partly because there may be links just for plex pass subscribers and partly because that question was marked as answered but the answer doesn’t help.

Well I am an plex pass lifetime member and I did not even get the email!!!
