@Plex - No promo/coupon code in the email. If you’re going to advertise a promotion, you can’t very well leave out the bit that enables customers to take advantage of said promotion. Where’s the coupon code?
BTW, I’m already a Plex Pass subscriber and have been for a long, long time. I specifically do not go for a lifetime subscription because I want you all to keep getting that $60/year from me for a great product.
I just signed up for Plex Pass based on the $39 discount for the HDHomeRun connect. Can’t seem to find any available codes to use on their site/amazon.
I’m sure they will address this. I’ve been a plex pass for a few years now. It is the best investment i have made in software/services. They actively work on bugs. They innovate. They give the most basic versions for free. Even giving some premium features as time goes by. I love plex!
Same here, I got the email and subscribed, but I’m not sure how to go about getting the promo pricing on the hdhomerun. The email didn’t have any promo codes or extra information.

I have three Plex accounts. One of them have a Plex Pass and the other two do not. I received three emails (I always receive three, one for each account) and the one to the Plex Pass address has a discount code while the other two has a button that says “Get a Plex Pass.”
That makes sense as only for current Plex Pass customers are there discounts it is supposedly a perk but, so far, there have been no discounts with a meaning for me.
As far as “where” goes there is a “Shop Now” button in the email to the Plex Pass address but the button on the other two say “get a Plex Pass.”
If you have a Plex Pass but do not see the code or the “Shop Now” maybe your Plex Pass is new or there are some regional restrictions.
Plex is not very good at providing users with info about “why” things are as they are. Plex tells us just what we need to know and no more and they are the sole judge about what is needed.
Edit: If you just got your Plex Pass there may well be a delay about getting on the correct list.
One guy signed up for plex pass but still didn’t get the code it appears. I’m willing to sign up for the discounted liftetime plex pass if it means I will also get this code allowing me to buy the device and use Plex DVR, but it seems pretty murkey and I’m not willing to do it unless I’m certain I will get a code. Anyone else can confirm whether they got this to work by signing up for plex pass?

If you are only now signing up for Plex Pass the email will not have the code or link. I “think” Plex sets up the mass emailings some time before they go out so it is possible that people with quite recent Plex Pass purchases get the non-Plex Pass email.
If you contact Plex through their contact page I think those with new Plex Passes may be able to get the Plex Pass email instead of the other one.
I had received 2 emails. 1 has a code for WD hard drives but no mention of DVR. The other email has DVR but says Get Plex Pass which i already have.

Codes are unique for each email, from what I understand.
Same boat here, just purchased a lifetime plex pass to take advantage of both promos together but I don’t have a code for the hdhomerun box!
Damnit. I’ve been a Plex member since the $74.99 days and I didn’t get an email. Literally every other email, but not this.

I am also from those days. I got the email but it’s missing the dvr section. IT does have the WD code.
