How to get support from Plex

Anyone know how to get support from plex. Im a paying customer and I’ve been struggling.

If anyone can guess how long it take Plex to resolve my issue I’ll give them £10. So post your guess, currently over 20 days, ive had the issue longer but attempted to resolve myself by searching google but had no luck so turned to the support i pay for. Once (if) plex resolve my issue I’ll pm the winner and give them £10.

I might as well make this fun because support is a joke

I’m going with 90 days

My guess…
1 Year if Plex even responds to this.
LOL

Eight months, Five days, Four hours, 56 minutes and 12 seconds.

Nice, I’ll go with the closet winner as to get it exact would almost be impossible. Unless you go with never/give up, which I can see is a definite possibility

@chris.mcna this that device worked before?

I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks with no response having bought an annual Plex pass only for the app to start crashing every time I open it the very next day.

If you need confirmation of how little they care, the support email address listed with the Google play account returns an auto response stating the inbox is not monitored…

My bet on your wait would be forever

+1
It will take at least 3 months for anyone to even bother reading your post.

It seems Plex has an agenda to ■■■■ everything up beyond all recognition and dig their own grave.
If it hadn’t been for the fact that my media library is large, and it will be a lot of work to rebuild it, I would have changed to emby a long ■■■■■■■ time ago

It’s actually not that bad. I’ve around 6’500 movies and when switching to Emby about 100 of them couldn’t be identified properly.
