1.12.3.4973 Music constantly refrshing/Multiple PlexScriptHost.exe running

I am having the metadata refresh all the time for my music (way outside of the scheduled period), I added a music folder about a month ago and it seems like this has been happening every since. I am also getting multiple 'PlexScriptHost.exe’s running all the time, taking 20% of my CPU.
I currently have no idea how to stop this, as it seems persistent through the last few small updates
Any suggestion would be of help.

Additional info:
I run a conversion script after my scheduled tasks to convert TV to mp4.
Windows 10
Pentium G3258
GTX 960
DVR enabled w/commercial skip

Apparently it will be fixed in server version 1.13 but not sure of the ETA on that.

on version 1.13.0.5003 now and it’s still updating outside of scheduled time.
Though it’s good to see I’m not the only one with this issue.
