FIXED:
- Closed captions could not be disabled during playback.
- Improve seeking on Live TV with 3rd party remotes.
- Sometimes video playback would be stuck at the beginning in transcoded streams.
- Sometimes when playback finishes with the Enhanced Video player, the app would get stuck.
- The app would start videos and podcasts from the beginning instead of resuming them in some situations.
