2017 NFL Game Pass receive messages "This channel is not responding."

Using my Mac Pro to connect to NFL Game Pass tonight I receive the message “This channel is not responding.” Yesterday using Roku 3 I receive the message " Content Unavailable Sorry, we couldn’t load the requested content" I am clueless on with to do.

I am a windows user and am getting the same error message

I have the ROKU Stick and it is not working. When I email the NFL to inquire, this is the response I got.
