When I use the navigation keys or a xbox controller to navigate to another library I do not see what library I have in focus. You can see the orange bar in front of the library that is selected to show the details. But I have no idea where I am at before pressing the enter or A button to select the new library. Other than that it seems to work. So its purely visual support to see where the focus is.
