I have tried for a few days to install PMS silently in a Windows Server Container. It just doesn’t seem possible. The 32-bit installer seems to work with the /quiet parameter. Such as the one used in the docker image at https://github.com/dr1rrb/docker-plex-win.

For the 64-bit install try using /verysilent.
