So thinking about updating my desktop / workstation, which also functions as my Plex server.
I’m wondering, with new Intel CPU’s + reasonable graphics card, how many streams can you achieve?
For instance, with say an 8700k + 1060, transcoding a mix of h265, 8/10 bit, mostly 1080p, realistically how many streams can you achieve? Are we talking like 2-3, or 5-10?
How about if we throw some h265 4K into the mix?
Bandwidth isn’t an issue.
