I’ve complained that the search is wonky a few times before. Not sure why this happens.
Have you run my DBRepair.sh ?
It will rebuild the DB indexes and fix most of these search issues.

I just realized your screenshot is for the web version. Web version works fine. It’s the android app that’s not showing results. It’s been wonky for a very long time.
It’s working for me with my server. Are you using another language? Search can be buggy when it comes to translated titles.
I think the reason why mine is acting up is because I have a HUGE server. So the search UI is timing out when it doesn’t receive a reply after a few seconds. That’s my hunch.
Have you optimized your database lately? Even a huge database, unless you’re talking Netflix level huge, shouldn’t take long since the titles are indexed.

Weird part is typing “lord” shows up results but typing “lord of the rings” doesn’t lol
Okay old app still doesn’t show LOTR, but the New Plex Experience app is finally showing it!
