I have some questions about backing up both PMS metadata and content from a WD My Passport Wireless Pro to an external device. Neither the “Home/NAS” nor the “Home/NAS/Western Digital” page contains an “Ask a Question” button, and these categories are grayed out (and hence not selectable) from the “Category” menu on the “Home/Ask a Question” page.
How does one post a question in these areas? Am I doing something wrong?
It is normal that there is no Post button in the NAS category, but there definitely should be one in the NAS/Western Digital forum section.
do you have any browser plugins that can affect CSS ? ( only thing i can think of off the top of my head )
have you tried logging out clearing browser cache then logging back in?

That did the trick. The “NAS/Western Digital” page now has an “Ask a question” button, and “NAS/Western Digital” is now selectable in the “Category” menu on the “Home/Ask a question” page.
