A way to bring an external site into plex an be able to watch it or download it

I have several websites that offer several kinds of Documentaries. They post them to watch them online, but is there anyway to have Plex be able to pull that in and view it?

You could add a request for the sites to be added to Web Shows

I added 2 sites ti the webhook area. But I cant seem to find it so I can see if it did anything or if anything is there.
