A - Z on right side does not appear on All: Albums: Album Artist on Fire Stick App, it does on the PC version.
I am fairly sure it used to.
Any direction would be appreciated
Make sure that you have no filter active and that the sorting order is by artist.
I don’t have a filter set and have " All: Albums: Album Artist" selected, normally I used to see the A to Z selection on the right side. I do see it if I select “All: Artists: By Title”
I have the exact same issue (same preferred sorting order and no filters) and it started about two months ago on Fire Stick, Fire Stick 4k and Apple TV.
With over 2600 albums in my Library the inability to scroll by the alphabet jump list makes searching through my library virtually impossible.
In my frustration I added an Emby server only to discover it has the exact same problem.
If you want to find an album by its album artist, use the sorting order “By Artist”.
If you are first looking at the album title, use the sorting order “By Album”.
With all due respect ‘sorting’ is not the problem.
I know how to sort my libraries but Plex for FireTV and AppleTV no longer mirror the Web app.
My music library is sorted the way it’s easiest, for me, to locate an album - by it’s cover art. “All”/“Albums”/“Album artist”.
On the Web app the A-Z jump list appears on the right side of my desktop screen so I can browse quickly.
However on FireTV and AppleTV the jump list, which also used to appear on the right side of my TV screen, vanished about two months ago.
As dkichenside also responded. If I change my sort order to "All’/“Artists”/“Title” the jump list reappears but the sorted result is no better than a virtually random collection 2600+ albums sorted, in my case, from 2am to 1999 then Abacab to Zooropa.
I cannot possibly remember the title of every album I own so, while the jump list is on the WebApp/FireTV/AppleTV screen it’s of almost no use.
