The Devs and Ninjas have been very clear ISO is not a format that they are going to support going forward, instead I believe that the plan is to be able to add the extra content in a way that it gets pulled in with the movie and have some way of accessing it that way. I don't actually know anything but looking at the new IOS, Android, and PHT clients it seems oblivious to me that they are going to use the pre-play screen to be able to add this content, possibly along with other meta data like trailers.
