Active User Portal

Hello everyone,

First post, so I will try and follow the golden rule and stick to one feature request.

I've been a plex user for many years and have several shared libraries among my close friends. From a server perspective, I think it would be very useful to have a portal that allows me to view active users and the content they are accessing. Both real time and historic information would be nice, but having information about who is connected at that moment would allow a server to know if restarting would be disruptive to user(s). Not sure if this qualifies as a second request, but an option on the page I would appreciate would shut down the plex server when the last user disconnects.

So, what do you think?

Real time is avail currently when you sign into your plex server and you click on the activity icon on the top right.  Historical is supported via a few third party apps, I personally use plex notify.   Plex wouldnt want to shut down when people disconnect because then how would it start back up when a user requests connection, plex uses so little ram and cpu power when it's just idle there would be no benefit to this :)

So it is. Thank you for pointing that out. Looks to have all the information I needed right there.

I appreciate your help.
