Very similar to the current feature where you can rate a movie/show/season/episode/artist/album/song, incorporate the ability to rate an actor. This could be a great way to sort/filter through libraries when you know you are in the mood to watch a certain type of content, but not sure exactly what. If you wanted to get really crazy and take it a step further, you could also rate actors by movie/show/season/episode. For example, below I’ve rated Matt Damon’s performance in EuroTrip highly, but thought he kind of phoned it in with his role in Interstellar.
If adding an actor rating feature by film/show etc., the rating bar shown in the actor’s profile page could default to showing an average of all ratings. Additionally, while I think actors would be the logical first place to apply this to, it really could be implemented to the entire cast & crew (i.e. rating Hans Zimmer on the musical score, Christopher Nolan’s direction, etc.,).
Lastly, I think it would be important to keep the acting rating separate from the music rating, especially as it becomes more common for actors/musicians to cross mediums. For example, Ariana Grande’s rating in Wicked would not have any impact on ratings of her music profile
