Add Disney+ to "Manage Streaming Services"

Hi there,

Disney+ has recently expanded to a whole lot of new countries but it seems that Plex needs to add it for those countries as available streaming services.

I’m currently in Romania, Disney+ has launched recently but I cannot select it from the list of available streaming media services for the Discover feed.

After the recent launch this is the list of countries that now have Disney+ available: Austria, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Palestine Territories, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, U.K., Vatican City and Yemen.
