This new type would be for the hosted introductions to movies or shows, as was not uncommon on DVDs for classic movies and series to help give context to what the viewer was about to watch. Currently the only appropriate sounding type for them is “Other”, but categorizing them as such buries the introductions all the way at the end of the list of extras—the last place one would expect to find them.
Having a separate category for introductions would allow them to be sorted at the top of the extras list, and potentially also allow for a new option to automatically play an introduction before movies, seasons, or episodes, when they exist.
