I don’t know for you but when add next for a episode of a tv show it would add all the episodes of the tv show.
I can’t only add a episode with add next.
For me add next of the title of the tv show will add all the episodes of all season. Add next for the season would add only add the episode of these season. And add next on the episode would only add the episode
