Add skip into when streaming

There seems to be a feature suggestion to support skip-intro while streaming on Chromecast. Though for what it’s worth it seems there’s been little interest to have it added to that platform.

Skip intro while streaming on Chromecast

Hi, similar to this request, but it was closed automatically. It could be handy, if while the streaming is ongoing, that given device which started the streaming would appear a similar Skip Intro button during the intro session and it could be skipped that part. And if the stream-starting device is a mobile device like an Android one and the device is locked, on the lock-screen-progress-bar also should appear an extra Skip Intro like button for skip that part while the intro is running.
