There’s already an existing feature suggestion asking to support custom orders (TVDb) or episode groups (TMDb) depending on their availability / usage for individual shows. This should also cover what you’re suggesting – keep in mind that “TheTVDB (International)” is no standard order of TVDb… it’s a custom order created by users for individual shows.
I suggest you comment/vote in that existing thread.
