Adding Managed Users - No Library Found

Hello,

I’m adding new managed users to my PLEX server with pin and sharing 4 libraries with them.

Whenever the user logs in, plex will tell them that there are no libraries shared.

How can I solve this problem?

Is the managed user within your home network? Or is he trying to access from the outside?

Are you able to “become” the user yourself by using “Switch User”?
